Red and infrared lights are natural lights that are clinically proven to enhance cellular function. Red light penetrates the body of about 5-10 mm in depth, at 630-700 nm making it an ideal length penetrating skin cells and sebaceous glands, contributing to skin health, skin texture, and promoting collagen production.
Near Infrared light penetrates deeper into the tissue between 50-75mm with about 700-1100 wavelengths, delivering energy to the body's cells, increasing muscle recovery, reduce joint pain, amongst other anti-inflammatory benefits.

DO I NEED TO WEAR EYE PROTECTION WHEN USING RED LIGHT THERAPY?
No, red light therapy is not harmful to the eyes. However, we do include eye goggles as the LED's are very bright to look at, and may be uncomfortable for some people.
IS RED LIGHT THERAPY SAFE FOR CHILDREN?
Yes, children can use it too. We recommend only a couple of minutes per day and monitor children to see how they feel.
IS RED LIGHT THERAPY SAFE FOR ANIMALS?
Yes, many of our clients use the light on their pets. Red light therapy can provide preventative benefits and potent treatment for typical pet issues such as: joint pain, osteoarthritis, sore muscles, wound and cuts, infections, inflammation, ligament and tendon injuries, strains and sprains, pain, muscle regeneration.
Note: Smaller animals may need less exposure to light, while larger animals will benefit from higher exposure to light.
